Technology Lead & Engagement Manager
- 14–16+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale, complex systems.
- Strong experience with:
- Microservices architectures
- Micro‑frontend frameworks
- REST APIs and event‑driven integrations
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience modernizing legacy or monolithic platforms.
AI & Emerging Technology Exposure
- Experience implementing or leading 1–2 AI‑enabled solutions.
- Understanding of how AI fits into enterprise platforms.
- Ability to clearly articulate AI value and limitations.
Leadership & Consulting Skills
- Strong client‑facing and consultative mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable balancing technology leadership, delivery, and commercials.
- Experience working in multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments.
